25yo mechanical engineer working full time at Stanford
Clean, respectful of quiet hours and shared spaces
Don't smoke and no pets
Interested in the outdoors/hiking, 3d printing, video games

What I'm looking for:

Ideally 1 or 2 roommates with similar age/interests (would be nice to be friends)
Townhouse/house, long term lease
Budget: <2000$ for my share
Move in date pretty flexible
