I'm an incoming Postdoctoral Scholar in Earth System Science at Stanford, starting July 13, 2026. I'm originally from Brazil and am relocating from Virginia Tech, so I'm navigating the Bay Area housing search from afar. Any leads are truly appreciated!

I'm looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment within a reasonable distance of campus, ideally available by early to mid-July.

Preferred areas: Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, or nearby (open to Mountain View/Menlo Park)
Budget: up to ~$2,300/month
Move-in: July 13, 2026 (or a few days before)
Lease: 12 months preferred, open to longer

About me: I'm quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most of my time at the lab or outdoors. Non-smoker, no pets. I'm an easy-going housemate and take good care of any space I live in.
