You will be living with a surgery resident who has lived here in the past six years, and a Stanford engineering grad who will be moving around August as well! The owner of the house has been super responsive, kind, and an all-around phenomenal landlord. Have never had an issue with repairs and rent price has been stable.

It's about an 10-minute drive from Stanford Hospital, and two blocks from Downtown Menlo. Walking distance from Draeger's Market, Trader Joe's, and Peet's. Area is quiet and the entire house is encircled by foliage, so very peaceful when sleeping through the day on night shift. Safe biking pack to the hospital as well, which is great for commuting residents.

You'll have the master bedroom, with shared bathroom (you'll share with the surgery resident, who is often not home because of residency!)

The room has hardwood floors and can amply fit a queen size bed with room for desk/dresser. Rent is $1667, not including internet/utilities (usually ~$100-150/month). Gardening is included in rent. Bathrooms have stone tiling, built-in storage, and combo shower-baths.
