Includes four standard dumbbell handles with spinlock collars. Two are metal ones and two are metal with plastic handles and collars. Also, two rubber 15lb fixed dumbbells.

Weight plates add up to 303lbs, are all standard size and a mixture of metal and plastic weight plates. See list in pictures attached.
