We are 3 Stanford students subleasing our beautiful, centrally located apartment in Menlo Park. This is quite last minute, as our previous subleasers cancelled, so we are looking to fill it asap.

Cost: $5500, ($1833/room)

Location: Right at the border between Menlo Park and Palo Alto.

By bike, the apartment is:

• 5 minutes from University Ave
• 5 minutes from campus
• 7 minutes from the Caltrain

Details:

• 3 rooms (2 spacious rooms and 1 big masters with an ensuite)
• 1 shared bathroom
• A spacious living room and kitchen (very empty atm but we are securing a couch asap)

DATES: July 1st 2026 - September 7th, 2026 (however, the end date can be between the 1st and the 15th)

NOTE ON DATES: The end date is flexible as long as it is after September 1st and before the 15th.

We would prefer if a group rented the entire thing, but we will prioritize those who can take it for the full period. If you cannot take it for the full period, we can work out a pro-rating situation.

The location is ideal for summer interns, medical students, and visiting students/researchers looking for affordable housing in a central area.

Other notes: We are in the process of getting a couch, so the living room might be rather empty for a week or so. One room is also bigger than the others, so we might adjust rent slightly if we rent out to separate people. No smokers, no pets.
