We are looking for a single tenant, for a room for rent, $1,100/month (utilities not included), Deposit $1,100. 14” x 12’.5” (175 sq ft). Available starting August 7th. 1-year lease.

Single occupancy, please! No pets. No drugs. Shared 1.5 bathroom (separate shower and tub) shared with 2 other roommates. Refrigerator shared with roommates, and your own cabinet pantry space. In house washer & dryer. Street parking.

Nice, quiet, and safe community, nice mountain and bay view, mountain in our big yard, large shared spaces.

Nicely remodeled home with 4 bedrooms 2.5 bethrooms, decks in the front & back to enjoy views. Gourmet kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances & eat-in kitchen bar, lovely dining & formal living rooms.
