A little about me:
I'm a (to-be) 5th year PhD student in Linguistics at Stanford! I have pet ESA rats (they stay in my room and there's no smell to the rest of the apt), just fyi! They are very cute and nice!! (unfortunately no more pets allowed...) I love to hike, camp, cook, do yoga, do arts and crafts, and occasionally host a dinner party! I love living here, the location is literally perfect, it's a safe quiet neighborhood but walkable and bus-able to all the exciting parts of the Mission and Dogpatch, and this is a perfect location for commuting, whether that's to campus, to other parts of sf, across to the east bay, etc.! I've lived here for two+ years now!

What I'm looking for:
-ideally, someone who would be able to sign just a 6 or 7 month lease that ends either Feb 1 or March 1, but this is maaaybe flexible so message me if you want to discuss! But this would be perfect for someone graduating in winter (or spring?) quarter I think! or perfect for someone who wants to move to the city for a bit before going somewhere else!
-someone who is clean and will contribute to the home-y cozy vibes of the place!!
