He is a junior student at Tsinghua University. He will come to Stanford to collaborate on a computer science project this summer.

He is quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. He does not smoke nor raise pets.

He's looking for one private bedroom near Stanford University, preferably walkable to the campus under 20 minutes.

Budget is flexible depending on the space (whether it's a shared apartment or a private studio)
