<p>Dr. Chesbrough will present a diagnostic instrument enabling you to assess your company's current business model, explain how to overcome barriers to creating an open model and how to make money in an open innovation landscape. </p>
<p>In addition, Dr. Chesbrough will introduce a new set of &#34;innovation intermediaries&#34; who facilitate companies' access to external technologies. He will explore organizations that center their business model on innovation and intellectual property to create and capture value from ideas and technologies.</p>
