The Bulldogs opened the season with a win tonight over NYU, 14-13. It was an extremely close match that came down to the final three bouts. Tied at 12-12, Yale foilists, freshmen John Gurrieri and Andrew Holbrook, won their bouts to lift the Elis to victory.
