The top-seeded men's water polo team made no mistake about ensuring it would face its shot at back-to-back NCAA championships, tacking up a resounding 20-3 win over fourth-seeded Navy in the NCAA semifinal game at Loyola Marymount on Saturday afternoon. The Trojans peeled out to a 9-0 lead in the match behind a first-half hat trick from MPSF Player of the Year Juan Delgadillo, who finished the game with four goals to lead a grand total of 10 Trojan scorers.
