<br>I am willing to teach Kashmiri, the language spoken by people in the Northerm most state of India, also talk about its culture, heritage, the Kashmir conflict, etc. Probably all for free, if any one really wants to learn kashmiri. I dont have a degree in Kashmiri, but I am a native of that part of the world, so you could get a up-close view of things.
