I am looking to sublet my room during this summer (From June 16 to Sept 16). Subleasor must be male.

Room description:

• 1 Bedroom-double occupancy EV apartment (share bathroom, kitchen with mate in the second room)

• the Stanford rate for the apartment is about $536 per month

• a one-time telecommunication fee of $52 for phone services and internet for the whole period

-$30 per month for cable subscription (if you care)

• fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, TV etc.)

• the room is clean and quite
