We are subletting 4 bedrooms in our 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms house located in a quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto (819 La Jennifer Way, Palo Alto, CA). Rental dates run for the summer season, from June 18 to September 18.

The house is very nice, including ample backyard, spectacular pool, outdoor grill, spacious common areas, and laundry machines.

You can park right in front of the house in a dead end road and you will be conveniently located in the core of Silicon Valley, 5 minutes from downtown Palo Alto and from the shopping center.

We are currently offering three types of rooms (all prices include utilities):

1. Bedroom 1 (w/private bathroom and walking closet): US$1,450 per month

2. Bedroom 2 (w/pool view): US$1,350 per month

3. Bedrooms 3 ? 5: US$1,250 per month, each
