-As a housemate: Like clean, organized open spaces
-As an individual: Driven, intellectual, funny, would watch a great movie over mindless tv anyday

House Hunt
-Currently viewing spacious houses within a 20 mile radius of Stanford - Menlo Park, Atherton, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, etc..
-2 bathrooms minimum, hardwood floors, granite countertops, large closets, wireless, yard for summer barbecues, pool?
-Its ok to like nice things - we'll be living in the same environment for a while!
-Shared space for 1-4 people depending on the fit.
-Rent would include utilities, gardening, etc for a 1yr lease

-You work in Silicon Valley or need to get away from windy SF city living but still be close to everything!
-You're making the East coast west coast transition and need to get connected fast
-You'd rather live with people you get along with and have lots of your own space but struggle to find both
-You can spend the $900-$1700/mo such a modern living arrangement might cost in this area
-If you are interning just for the summer, sorry can't live with you but I'll help you find housing
-If you have a small/medium pet or plan to get one we can discuss it
