Clean Studio, full furnished, with one queen size bed/ full-sized XL bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen (complete with all necessary to cook for four persons) oven, fridge, and living area with a big desk, excellent audio equipment, bookshelf, dishes, a comfortable large couch, computer chairs, fan and lights, telephone, internet. I will let my things in closed boxes behind the bed for your best convenience.

Conveniently located in graduate student housing area (Escondido Village), with free shuttle access to different parts of campus. Bike ride to center of campus takes about 5 minutes. There is a free laundry service and parking just in front of the building.

The rent is $1051 per month (the exact amount that I pay to the Housing plus telephone $ 52 and housing fees $ 20). This is $3821 for the total period of the rent. The apartment is on the fourth floor so it gets a lot of light, calm, quiet and will be cool during the summer. You have a few supermarkets very near as well.
