This second floor, fully-furnished corner apartment directly overlooks the volleyball court in the Rains Housing Quad on the campus of Stanford University. The apartment contains two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom - one bedroom is available for the summer between the dates of June 1st and September 6th. Rains Houses is graduate housing community, and is a 5-10 minute walk from the center of campus. Free shuttle service is also available to campus.

The apartment has two windows in the living room, one single window and one double window. The offered bedroom is down the hallway, away from the living room, and is quiet. The bedroom contains a twin bed, dresser, computer desk, computer chair, closet with clothing rack, shelving, and a night stand. The living room is equipped with two televisions (one wall-mounted), a DVD player, a Bose stereo system, as well as a futon. Kitchenware (plates, silverware, pots and pans) and cooking appliances (microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman Grill) are included in the sublease. Utilities are also included in the price. A $500 deposit is requested at the beginning of the sublease, and will be returned at the conclusion of the sublease if no items are stolen or destroyed.

This apartment is located within Rains Housing on the Stanford Campus. Only Stanford affiliates may apply. Those not eligible to sublet a space in graduate housing include minors, high school students, and undergraduates.
