My escondido village studio is available from September 3rd to September 23rd. These studios normally cost $1051/month, plus $72/term in fees, plus $34/month for cable, but I will offer my studio during this time for a pro-rated $950/month, with no fees and free cable.

If you stay for all 20 days, this would amount to (2/3)*950=$633 total (no additional fees).

If you stay for 15 days, this would amount to (1/2)*950=$475 total (no additional fees).
