Looking to sublet my large bedroom in a 5 bedroom home centrally located in Palo Alto, minutes from University Ave/downtown and <10 minutes from Stanford??????s campus. I will be working in Los Angeles this summer from June 10-September 15th and am looking to rent my room during this period with some flexibility based on the needs of the renter.

The house has a tremendous living room, modern kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, 2 car private garage, backyard and an office. My room is the largest room aside from the upstairs master and has its own private entrance to the backyard. The other people in the house are all current Stanford business school classmates of mine and great people who can serve as local, informal tour guides of the area for the summer. My rent is $1280/month + utilities but I will take the best offer for the entire summer or part of the 3 month period from June through September. Available furnished or unfurnished.
