Partially furnished with TV, desk, sofa, chair, armoire and full-sized bed. One small walk-in closet. No kitchen but has a wet bar, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a water filter, and a toaster. Ample parking right on the street.

Rent includes internet and cable.

Utility (gas, electricity and water only) ??????? ??? - roughly $50 in the summer and $80 in the winter for one person tenant.
