Thanks for considering my apartment! I will be traveling to the UK with my adviser for the Winter Quarter and am looking for someone to sublet my apartment during this time.
I will be subletting a room for a single person with one bed. It will be available from December 15 through March 21. It costs $586 per month plus $72 in fees per quarter. Internet and utilities included.
My apartment is on the fifth floor in the Quillen Highrise in Escondido Village. I have a roommate, Daniel, who is from Brazil and is studying at the Stanford Law School. He's a really nice guy and a good roommate. The room itself is a nice place. It is furnished with a bed, desk, chairs, and a couch. There is a descent sized bathroom. There is a kitchen with a stove, oven, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and a refrigerator. I'll be leaving behind some things like lamps, cookware, and cleaning supplies like a vacuum cleaner. I am happy to leave any of this around for you to use and anything you and Daniel won't need can go into storage.
Note that I am subletting through Stanford University, you should be in some way affiliated with the university. The apartment is in campus housing and it is their policy.
If you are interested in my place, send me an email at bkrummel@gmail.com or call me at 410-303-2419. I look forward to hearing from you!
