I?????m leaving my lease a month early and am looking for someone to sublet my room for the month of May (earlier move-in negotiable) for $850 in a 4BR/3BA apartment. The apartment is on California Ave in the College Terrace neighborhood - close to the good Cal Ave stuff (Nuthouse! Farmers Market!) and an easy walk or bike ride to campus, close to the A, C and VA Marguerite shuttle lines, etc. The room is good-sized and has a full closet and gets lots of sun. The apartment has a large kitchen, a dining area, living room area and a back-yard patio where my roommates are thinking of doing some gardening this summer. If you like the place and get along with the three guys living there, the lease will be likely be renewed in June and you could talk to them about staying
