I am looking for a summer sublet, from July 15th to September 15th and a very nice down town house in Palo Alto.

The house is located at walking distances from university avenue (Down Town Palo Alto) and Palo Alto Caltrain station, bikable distances from Stanford University. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The room is spacious, all furnished with a queen size bed, bookshelves, dresser, closet, desk and with full sun light during the day. The house is large, 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We have a living room and a dining room with a large dining table that allows us to have regularly gathering and diners with our friends. The living room is really nice and charming, where all the housemates usually hang out.

There is a possibility of parking in the backyard, but we tend to share the space for BBQ and parking our bikes.

We are all female PhD students at Stanford, in earth sciences, social and very clean. We all have common friends and tend to have regular dinners, which should also be the case for the summer.

Because it?????s downtown Palo Alto, the rent is $950 without including utilities, but in the summer, those are low.
