Looking for the perfect place to spend your summer? We're subletting the third bedroom in our sweet Lower Haight apartment for July and August.

The apartment is newly remodeled and has a bunch of great goodies that come with it - granite countertops, hardwood floors, private deck, and a shared garden. We're within walking distance of five parks, great shops and restaurants all along Divisadero and Haight St., the N-Judah, the Independent, and we're right on a bus line that can easily connect you to BART and the rest of the city.

We are three recent Stanford grads, all fairly laid-back and social. We're open to all types of people and situations, and would love to have someone move in as soon as possible. One last note - we are all vegetarian, but open to respectful omnivores.

The room itself is carpeted, approx 10x10, and can fit a Queen-sized bed and some other small pieces of furniture, if needed. The rent is $825 a month.
