My name is Joey Zwicker and I'm the CEO of a new social gaming/eCommerce hybrid start-up company.

I'm looking to hire a few web developers to start working with us.

We're just five people so we're looking for someone who's really proactive - someone who wants to be more of a co-founder than an employee, who can teach themselves, and is passionate about creating mind-blowing user experiences. You'll be able to make a big impact, decide how to solve interesting problems, and be able to build and release things rapidly. Since we're still such a small company, we're looking to hire people who want to get in on the ground floor and eventually be managing employees of their own. We have full-time and part-time positions open and offer extremely flexible work hours.

We started abroad in January, launched in February, and raised $140,000 in venture capital funding in March, and have been profitable since June. We then lauched in the US in July, have already reached some levels of profitability and are looking to expand significantly in the next few months. We are willing to pay well, including equity in the company!

You must be experienced with Python, mySQL, PHP, Javascript, and preferably Amazon EC2.

I'm sorry for the overall lack of information, but we're currently working in "stealth mode." If you're interested in finding out more, i'd love to chat with you so please dont hesitate to drop me an email (jaz46@stanford.edu) and i'll give you all the details about what we're working on. Coffee/lunch is on me! If you have any friends that might be interested, please let me know and we'll pay you a referral fee!

Thanks,
Joey
