We are subleasing a clean, fully furnished (own furniture) 2 bdrm town house in Escondido Village with full amenities including TV (with cable), washer and dryer in the unit. Also includes dishes and linens. The rent for the 2010-2011 year is 1690$ a month. There is also the possibility of subletting one room only. The sublet period is from Nov 5 to Jan 11.
