My sister-in-law has a 1 year-old female tan chihuahua, named Sandy, who needs a loving home. Her original owner is completely disabled, lives in Fremont with caretakers. He and his caretakers are unable to take care of this lovely dog. She is a little skiddish and needs some time to bond with someone special. Sandy is very friendly and loves to play once she gets used to someone.
