Spacious, clean, fully furnished EV studio with big, private bathroom and high speed wireless internet for sublease from mid-June to mid-September. Situated in the Studio One building, very close to the intersection of Campus and Escondido. The shelves and cabinets are full of books, and the closet is full of clothes, but we can negotiate how much of that stuff you want me to put in storage to make room for your things. I also have a bike that you can use while I'm gone, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, dishes, etc. for use. Only other grad students or otherwise affiliated Stanford people should contact me about this, as Stanford Housing requires some form of Stanford affiliation to sublet (this means temporary employees, people teaching in the various summer camps here, etc. - if you're not sure if you have Stanford affiliation but want to rent, get in touch and I can let you know). I will require a $200 deposit if you want to reserve the apartment. Rent is $1140/month, all utilities and amenities included (except parking because I don't drive).
