I have a Clean and furnished 1-bedroom in a 2-BR apartment (Efficiency) in Escondido Village, to sublet to a female for the summer (starting as early as 10-June till mid September). Dates are flexible. The apartment is walking distance from California Avenue and has access to campus+transit center by free bus.
