I just graduated from school after the winter quarter but my apartment is still in contract until the end of Spring quarter. The room is on the east side of campus, in Escondido village. It is in a low rise (one floor) apartment. My bedroom is one of the three bedrooms, living room/kitchen/bathroom are shared with two other students. The official rent that school charges me is $817/month, I will stick to that. If there are some extra days, we can count the days.
