Stanford Student Enterprises is hiring summer employees for its Advertising Division!

Account Executive (we are hiring 5 students)

Gain real world sales and marketing experience by selling advertisements in the Stanford Directory, Unofficial Guide, On-campus Flyering Service, and Map
Renew $45,000 worth of advertising contracts for approximately 60 current clients
Meet and explain advertising options at Stanford to potential clients
Enjoy the stability of a base wage rate with the unlimited upside potential of being paid additional commission on your sales and renewals!

Position Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent phone skills
Organization ability
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
Tough personality
Access to a car during work hours to meet local business owners and managers
Must be on campus between June 15th and September 2nd
Must be available to work between the hours of 9 and 5 Monday through Friday
