1 BR in 3BR Apartment in EV Low rise. The Apartment is very spacious and there is a beautiful view of the lawn from the Common Area of the apartment.

• Well-furnished Bedroom (Personal wardrobe, Table and a drawer)

• Telephone and high speed internet connection
• Easy access to all parts of campus with free shuttle service from stop 2 min away.
• Bike parking available right outside the Apartment door with fixed anchor to secure lock. You can use my bicycle as well.
• Free Laundry facility available.

The apartment will be shared with two roommates. Both are cool and easy going.

Rent:$789 /month includes electricity, water etc. + Communication fees:$52 (Internet and Phone facilities, one time pay for the entire summer )
