I am subleasing my dorm in Lyman (MALE) for the summer from Jun 9th to Sep 23th for 3150 totally(900/month * 3.5 month).
It is a single bedroom in a two bed room one living room apartment in Lyman. I would leave at the earliest time and came back at the latest time available that left you a whole summer quarter that you would not need to sleep on your fried`s couch for a single night.
For the apartment, I got all the necessary entertaining facilities, including TV, DVD, PS2, HD audio, NINTENDO, Basketball, Skateboard, that guarantee you would never feel bored in the summer.
I also have a really nice American Roommate who is both a good joke teller and a master chief. He knows how to handle steaks and chillie crab (OMG, So good in a Chinese standard).
Lyman is also one of the best graduate housing that is close to both the entertaining facilities and engineering school such as Golf Court, tennis court, Lagunita and ME,EE,CS building..etc. Besides, it is very quiet that you would never get disturbed by fire trucks early in the morning.
I subleased my room in the winter quarter and it is GONE in the FRIST WEEK. The policy is still FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and do not regret when it is rented!!!
