It is a 3 bedroom triple occupancy single graduate student lowrise house in EV. The room is fully furnished as shown in the picture on the second floor. Downstairs, is a fully equipped kitchen, large living space, and a porch leading out to a large backyard.

$800 per month, all utilities are included! Female only!

The room will be available around June 2 through September 27. Time is flexible.
