IMMEDIATE OPENING: BOX OFFICE MANAGER

Part-time permanent fluid workload from 5 - 20 hours/week at $12/hour

80% of the position can be done from your home computer. Responsibilties include, but aren't limited to:

• Day-to-day Box Office administration
• Heavy patron contact via phone and in person
• Work with Marketing Administrator for promoting discount and group sales opportunities
• On site for 1/2 hour of ticket sales each show date. Find/manage/train House Manager staff (volunteers for selling concessions and customer service).
• Enter show and event information on our ticketing website
• Maintain accuracy of subscriber and mailing databases
• Process incoming subscriber purchases
• Produce labels and produce mailings for subscriber postcard reminders
• Manage all tickets sales, customer ticket questions (both phone and email), and handle ticket exchanges in a timely manner

• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
• Must be computer savvy, especially with email, Excel, and basic internet applications
