IMMEDIATE OPENING: BOX OFFICE MANAGER

Part-time permanent fluid workload from 5 - 20 hours/week at $12/hour

80% of the position can be done from your home computer. Responsibilties include, but aren't limited to:

* Day-to-day Box Office administration
* Heavy patron contact via phone and in person
* Work with Marketing Administrator for promoting discount and group sales opportunities
* On site for 1/2 hour of ticket sales each show date. Find/manage/train House Manager staff (volunteers for selling concessions and customer service). * Enter show and event information on our ticketing website * Maintain accuracy of subscriber and mailing databases * Process incoming subscriber purchases * Produce labels and produce mailings for subscriber postcard reminders * Manage all tickets sales, customer ticket questions (both phone and email), and handle ticket exchanges in a timely manner
