I got this and never really used it. It's been sitting in my room, so it's practically brand new. I got it for $180 plus tax ($196), and I'm selling it for $150.
Here is the kicker: I can store it for you over the summer. So you can either pay me $150 and take it or pay me $65 right now and then pay another $65 next year when you come to pick up the futon. The $65 deposit would be non-refundable (aka you can't give me $65 now and then back out next year).
