my friend is looking for a summer sublet from July 10 to Aug 10(flexible).
she is a 24-year-old graduate student; non-smoker, very clean, quiet, but not anti-social.
all kinds of housing are okay for her; 2bed/1bath with a roommate, studio, etc.
