i'm travelling this summer and looking to sublease my one bedroom apt between JULY 20th-AUGUST13th.
The place is located in menlo park, between university avenue and woodland.
You can bike to campus or take the free community shuttle there.
The price is 1000$ for the period of time of above.
The place is furnished and has a nice front and back yards.
washer and drier in the unit.
Parking spot included

I will preferably lease to one person and only for the whole duration.
