Located at 1st Street and Folsom, it's an 8-minute walk to the Embarcadero waterfront, 10-minute walk to the Montgomery St BART station, and 12-minute walk to the Ferry Building and Whole Foods. The suite is fully furnished, including TV, DVD player and full kitchen.

The doorman-secured building has a hot tub/pool/sauna and full gym.
