The Stanford Alumni Consulting Team at the Graduate School of Business is seeking a student who is detail-oriented, reliable, committed and resourceful, who takes initiative on projects and enjoys working toward a common mission with a small team.

Some tasks for this position include but are not limited to:

• Website review; web page updates
• Help maintain ACT’s database of volunteers and nonprofits to track projects and applications
• Work with data reporting and program evaluation results, creating easy-to-use spreadsheets, charts & graphics
• Assist with event logistics
• Additional tasks include web research, proofreading, drafting communications, scanning documents, running errands

Qualifications:

• Independent, reliable, with strong commitment to accuracy
• Proficient at Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of University’s alumni database PostGrads is a plus but not required

Federal work study funds a plus but not required.
