It's a single room in double efficiency apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom. My roommate is going back home for the Christmas break, and although he is also looking to sublet his apartment, there is a chance you will have the apartment for yourself (the roommate's room is out of bounds, of course).
The inhabitants of the apartment complex are nice and friendly.

Safety deposit - 100$ (to cover any damages or key replacement fees, if necessary).
