You're perusing SUPost and you see an iPad listed. It's just two days after the iPad 2 came out, and you're like, WTH, he's probably selling it to get his grimy Apple hands on the iPad 2. Unfortunately that's not the case, and I'm not going to be whiny and expect you to understand. But the truth is I need every penny I can get out an iPad I dearly love and have used for about 2 weeks now.

Imagine yourself ...

a) on the long commute on CalTrain and whipping this out to read a book
b) catching up on articles using Instapaper
c) using 3G to roam like a wild tiger
d) being hip when the iPad 3 comes out and you're like, "this is the best one, man!"
e) contributing towards my laptop recovery fund

You aren't me, but at least you can hold in your hands something that used to belong to me.
