In the box:

• iPhone 4S: flawless. No scratches or dents on the screen or back. The phone was always used in a case with screen cover.
• headphones: "original" iPhone 4S headphones. NEVER used. I had my own headset so the headset is still in its cover.
• Charger: works great.
• Charging cable: the original cable has some wear, so you get the old cable and a brand-new (Apple certified) cable I bought from Amazon.

ALSO, you get a full-set of screen and back covers for free (I bought it for the phone and still have one left).
