This is a Power Juicer by Jack Lalanne. I used it four times total, so it's in very good shape. It includes the spanner key to unlock the grate, and the manuals and paperwork that came with the juicer when I first bought it. So it has everything except the box, although I think I still have the box somewhere if you want that as well:)
