About us:
We have three businesses in Menlo Park. We are in the construction field have been in business since 1985. We are in the residential area off the El Camino and Atherton. Our businesses are run from our home or office. Our office is clean, well organize, with the best in Electronics and Computer Systems.
Our position is for a “detail oriented, intelligent, driven and hardworking person. We are really looking for a personality that is relaxed and confident in their abilities to do quality work without the need for constant reassurance. The position is meant for an individual with good knowledge of QuickBooks and who has a passion to be good in their field. We are looking to build a long and healthy relationship.
Job Qualifications and Responsibilities:
QuickBooks knowledge necessary for balancing and imputing our account transactions into Quick books.
General filing.
If you would like to help with other office duties or we are open to finding other areas within our day to day
business and see if there’s anything you’d be interested at learning or be able to help us with.
We’re flexible with the hours you would like to work. Position is part-time, 2 to 3 times a week 4 to 6 hour per day. Our compensation really is based on your abilities. We are looking to pay in the range of $19 per hour.
The position has just opened up and available to start right away. We will take the time needed to train you to become familiar with our companies.
