Join 1 year lease for 2bed/2bath apartment in downtown Palo Alto

Hi! I'm looking for someone to join me in a 1-year lease starting July 1 as my current roommate is moving out June 18. The apartment is a 2 bed/2bath (parking included), and the master bedroom with a private bathroom will be available. The total rent is $3,175 plus wifi and electricity. The apartment is about a 10 minute drive to the Stanford campus, a 10 minute walk to the Palo Alto Cal Train station and two blocks from University Avenue.

About Me: I am a 28F who graduated Stanford in 2020 and worked at Stanford for about three years. I'm now working a fully remote job and would love to stay in the Bay Area.
