We are a coed house of Stanford and Berkley grads at Menlo Mansion: 1490 Franks Lane, Menlo Park.
We have three (out of five) rooms opening up on September 15 and September 1. The rent is between $1400 and $1500, now finalizing with landlord. We have been living in this house for two years and love it. The common areas are fully furnished and the rooms are mostly furnished (depends which one you take).
The lease is for a full year, but the landlord is fine with tenants switching mid lease (as long as you find someone). Looking for quiet and clean people like us.
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and BBQ included. Utilities not included.
Need to view apt end of this week (Aug 9) and sign lease by Saturday next week (Aug 15). Happy to answer any questions!
