Hello! I am looking for two roommates to renew my lease in a lovely downtown 3Br/2Ba Palo Alto apartment starting July 1 for 1 year. The place is two blocks from University Ave, a 15 min walk to Palo Alto CalTrain station and ~7-10 minute drive to Stanford campus. The apartment has a cute patio, modern kitchen (with dishwasher!), in-unit laundry, and a bathroom would be shared between the two rooms. Female/femme-identifying roommates preferred!
Room 1: $1546/Month
Room 2: $1634/Month
Utilities (wifi ~$45/month, electricity/heat $50-60/month on average)
