I am subletting the master bedroom of a townhouse right next to campus at Sand Hill Road and Santa Cruz Avenue. It has available parking spot as well. The subletting can begin right away, or preferably sometime by July 1st. Our lease goes until Aug. 31st so you can stay there until then. I am moving out because I have started a full-time job in SF and already found a place in SF to live.

The place is fully furnished and there are 3 other people living in the house, but you have your own bedroom and bathroom with a door that locks for privacy. There is also storage space in garage for stuff and a pool outside. Two huge closets for stuff as well in the master bedroom.

The price is 1000/month if you're not using the parking spot or 1100/month if you are using the parking spot. Please respond if you have any questions or negotiations about the price. I am giving at a discount already because I just need to get something out of it since I'm not living there right now.

The living room has tv to hook up game consoles to and the kitchen has all appliances. Landlord is installing brand-new refrigerator over this month as well as brand new carpetting on the second floor so everything will be very clean and new.
