I'm going to be out of town for the month of July and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room. The place is on the corner of Hyde and Washington, north/part of Nob Hill and southeast of Russian Hill. It's really pretty, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room, and a cable car runs right in front of the building. It's near the Union & Polk Google shuttle stop.

The place is on the 3rd floor with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths with

coin-operated laundry machines in the basement, a full kitchen and huge living room, plus we are only the 2nd set of tenants, so everything is shiny and new. The rent will be $910/month and utilities usually run about $30 per person/month. There will be 4 female roommates sharing the apartment with you.
